TIER.01

Full Production

End-to-end delivery from concept to ship. We own the pipeline, you own the product.

You bring the vision — we build the entire thing. Full Production means WODH takes ownership of the development lifecycle: concept workshops, prototyping, production sprints, QA, optimization, and platform submission. You get a dedicated team, a production manager, and weekly builds. We run our own pipeline, hit our own deadlines, and ship to your quality bar. This is how studios scale without scaling headcount.

IDEAL FOR

Studios and publishers who need a full project delivered without hiring an internal team. Best for greenfield projects, ports, or standalone features.

// PROCESS

How It Works.

01

Discovery & Scoping

We run a 1-2 week discovery sprint. GDD review, technical audit, scope definition, milestone planning. Output: a production plan with timelines and team composition.

02

Team Assembly

We assemble a dedicated team matched to your tech stack and genre. Engineers, artists, designers, QA — all vetted, all full-time on your project.

03

Sprint Cadence

2-week sprints with playable builds. Weekly syncs, daily standups optional. You review, we iterate. No surprises.

04

Polish & Ship

Final optimization pass, platform compliance, store submission support. We stay on for launch support and hotfixes.

// FAQ

Common Questions.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

We plan for it. Every milestone has a scope review checkpoint. Changes are re-scoped with clear impact on timeline and budget — no hidden costs.

Do we own the IP?

Yes. 100% of IP, code, and assets transfer to you. We work under work-for-hire agreements.

What engines do you support?

Unity and Unreal primarily. We also work with Godot and custom engines depending on the project.
